Villa Sarchi is an old Bourbon mutation that was discovered in the village of Sarchi, Costa Rica, in the 1920s. The variety frequently wins awards in coffee competitions, prompting interest from many countries, but it has proven difficult to cultivate widely outside Costa Rica. As a result, Costa Rica remains its primary growing region. Villa Sarchi is known for its delicate, rounded acidity, full-bodied sweetness, rich fruity notes, and a long, pleasant finish.

Coffee Public has launched a 24-hour smart locker pickup service. Customers can now pick up their orders at any time at the Kwun Tong store’s smart locker or at the Coffee Station in Hung Hom. Orders for coffee beans or drip bags are uniformly cut off every Friday and shipped on Saturday.
