2009 年於淺水灣創立 Ice Cream Gallery Chocobien,並於 2013 年擴展至皇室堡分店。

超過 20 年甜品與朱古力教學經驗,並為多間品牌提供技術顧問服務,學員遍佈全球。

Want to make handcrafted chocolate with a glossy shine and rich texture using your own hands? Coffee Public in collaboration with Chocobien chocolate master Arron Liu presents a professional yet fun chocolate workshop. Whether you’re a beginner or a dessert enthusiast looking to sharpen your skills, we have the right class for you.
Class schedule: Monday to Sunday, 14:30–18:00 (exact session times will be provided once the final schedule is confirmed)
Group size: 4–12 people
B. Coffee + Original Nama Chocolate
Content: Make two flavor varieties together (coffee & original). Learn how to prepare the fillings and package your chocolates.
Outcome: Take home two boxes total—about 16 pieces per box.
Duration: About 2 hours
Fee: HK$390 per person
Instructor Profile — Arron Liu
- Founded Ice Cream Gallery Chocobien in 2009 in South Bay, and expanded to the Royal Plaza branch in 2013.
- Featured in media including CNN Go, Vogue, Hong Kong Economic Times / Hong Kong Nikkei, CCTV, and other mainstream outlets.
- Over 20 years of experience in dessert and chocolate training, and provides technical consultancy to multiple brands. Students are located around the world.
